Because there is no dining room. We are a delivery-only kitchen with no seating, so there is nothing to rate. Zomato lists us as "Does not offer Dining" for the same reason.
Because you can find it on Zomato in ten seconds anyway. A site that shows a glowing five while the listing says 3.2 has told you something about itself, and none of it is good. We would rather move the number by cooking better.
Call +91 63932 08548. That phone is in the kitchen, not in a call centre, and the person answering it is usually the person who cooked your food. We would much rather fix it than read about it later.
